What to Expect Tesla Energy's Regional Fleet Management oversees
thelife-cycle of all company-managed vehicles or leased, owned, and
rentalvehicles. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated
Fleet ProjectManager who will collaborate with several business
stakeholders executingestablished solutions and overseeing vehicle
acquisitions, reassignments,disposals, maintenance, cost controls &
reporting, compliance, and processimprovements. This role will
report to Tesla's Sr. Fleet Manager and will be the on-the-ground
leader, overseeing regionalfleet coordinator teams and helping them
manage their vehicles and drivers. What You'll Do - Partner and
support the executionof fleet expectations throughout the assigned
territory - Buildrelationships with organizational leaders to
establish compliance expectations - Monitor and ensure the
fleetcomplies with local, state, and federal regulations -
Communicates fleet initiatives andcompliance requirements regularly
with organizational leaders and drivers - Ensuring vehicle
auditingpractices are adhered to - Support regional
accident/incidentreporting for the company managed vehicles -
Partners with and supports FleetManager in maintaining a reliable,
safe fleet according to Tesla standards - Track metrics and vehicle
spendingby reviewing local teams' fleet metrics, fuel cards, and
spending and alertingmanagement to negative trends. - Supports with
coordination ofvendor maintenance on company-owned assets,
including MHE, light-duty,medium-duty, and heavy-duty equipment -
Resolution of breakdowns,including the coordination of the repair
and communication to key stakeholders - Align with Centralized
Fleetstrategy and key stakeholders for new vehicle needs -
Proactively manage vehicleutilization KPIs, including telematics
data - Establish and maintain vendorpartnerships to ensure quality
and reliable work - Collaborate and maintain highlevels of
communication with all stakeholders - Maintain various Fleet
performancetracking documents, including but not limited to PM
Report, Weekly CostManagement Report, Vendor Pricing List -
Identifies trends and recommendscorrective action measures when
needed - Participate in fleet-relatedconferences and maintain
apprised of industry-related trends and developments
- Maintain a safe and healthy workingenvironment by promoting and
managing safety at all levels of the operation - Provide effective
leadership andconduct performance management to foster professional
growth of departmentpersonnel - Support and encourage open door
policyto ensure open lines of communication with employees
responding to employeesneeds in a timely and effective manner. -
Provide excellent customer servicethrough a well-organized and
efficient transportation department.
What You'll Bring - Minimum of 5 years' experiencemanaging regional
fleets/supply chain consulting - Advanced/Proficient ComputerSkills
(PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) and ERP Management - - Experience
working in fast-paced,high growth environments - Manage strong
communicational,interpersonal, and analytical skills - Strong team
player and committedto teamwork in all situations - Demonstrated
ability to leveragefleet system and tools - Understanding of the
automotive industry,vehicle systems and technology, and compliance
requirements - Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Compensation

Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are
eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
Expected Compensation
$68,000 - $252,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards +
benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors,
including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and
experience. The total compensation package for this position may
also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
