Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Data Analyst Seeking an Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Data Cleansing Analyst / ERP Data Analyst with expertise in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of all the data cleansing processes, working hand in hand with the Data Conversion Lead. In this position the analyst will demonstrate in-depth understanding of modern database and information technologies and recommend industry standards in stabilizing conversion workstream with industry standards and trends. He/she will work independently, develop creative solutions to complex problems, recommend best practices, juggle multiple priorities, connect the dots between operational, tactical, and strategic areas, and lead projects and teams. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Business and IS to understand the data design, data maps, and standard definitions for governance across a variety of cross-functional systems and processes
• Assist business with usual data cleansing steps and techniques to remove irrelevant data, deduplicate the data, fix structural errors, identify missing data, fill data outliers, highlight known and explainable discrepancies and validate cleansed data
• Define data mapping for conversions and prepare plan for data extraction, loading, reconciliation as well as environment configuration
• Focus on the complete data quality cycle, from logging and auditing the receipt of data, to ensuring the data available for analysis and reporting is of the highest quality.
• Checking and validating data to and from source applications, verifying data integrity, looking for duplicates, data accuracy and data conversions
• Combining & organizing all data collected from multiple data sources like Microsoft Dynamics ERP, custom applications, Anaplan, etc. into Oracle conversion templates
• Review conversion templates for source data and assess the legacy data requirements
• Manage and modify process and data points as necessary to support seamless integration as business models change or exceptions arise
• Play an integral role in improving the quality of operational data Represents in an ethical and business-like professional manner in all interactions with growers, co-workers, suppliers, customers and the business community at large. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in data cleansing, extracting, reviewing and loading experience within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications
  • Experience in data conversion testing between Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle Fusion
  • Experience in defining data cleansing approaches, implementing Oracle Utilities and Oracle Data Conversion tools like FBDI and HDL template uses
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and understanding of data flow between applications
  • Proficiency with Oracle and SQL/PLSQL
  • Proven experience in design, configuration, testing, and support of ERP data
  • Advance skills in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • English required at an advanced proficiency level
