Responsibilities
As a Lead Consultantin Enquero's Process Management -unit you will be part of a fast-paced team designing, developing, testing, integrating, and supporting technically innovative solutions for our Fortune 500 customers. You will leverage your wide range of experiences, developed professional concepts as well as understanding of the industry, customer, and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative ways.
We expect your passion for technologies and your ability to work on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review or relevant factors. You will be responsible for leading the task assigned, which may include end-to-end ownership of the software stack. Your demonstrated ability to consistently achieve this while building quality software and diversifying your own knowledge in the areas broader than your programs/assignments will define success in this role.

  • Embrace new technologies and document the process and train team members. Work with various tools and technologies to achieve desired functionality.
  • Communicate with leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads and other developers, along with internal customers, to understand requirements and develop needs according to business requirements
  • Contributing to your BU/Practice by

    • Documenting your learnings from the current work and engaging in the external tech community by writing blogs, contributing in Github, Stack overflow, meet-ups/conferences etc.
    • Keep updated on the latest technologies with technology trainings and certifications -
    • Actively participate in organization -level activities and events related to learning, formal training, interviewing, special projects etc.


      Qualifications
      Key Deliverables:

      • Support documentation of Basel Capital Procedures for RWA calculation and upstream/downstream dependencies
      • Facilitation of end-to-end process assessment based on Basel rules
      • Facilitation of gap analysis based on inventory and subsequent gap remediation
      • Support work on process maps, GRC inventory
      • Support documentation of target state processes for RWA calculation and upstream/downstream dependencies
      • Assist in multiple project management activities for above projects -

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Accountable for successful and timely delivery of RWA milestones and deliverables per Citi's consent order and BAU remediation for Market Risk RWA modeled and non-modeled components
        • Document and execute processes and controls, and identify related process or control gaps for calculation aggregation and reporting (from authorized redistributors to reporting systems), including Standardized and Advanced Approaches, to demonstrate compliance with US Basel regulation and related supervisory guidance; and remediate any identified gaps through the ongoing issue management process
        • Define, develop, and establish robust control processes that can effectively demonstrate US Basel III regulatory capital requirements are applied in an accurate and appropriate manner.
        • Drive the diagnostics and remediation activities of a broad range of regulatory capital calculations that encompass governance, data and non-data controls, processes, system implementation and regulatory reporting.
        • Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure end to end coverage from origination to reporting and support consistency in documentation.

          Qualifications:

          • Experience with transformation roles in Financial Institutions and reasonable understanding of Advanced and Standardized US regulatory capital rules for any of the following:
          • Counterparty Credit Risk (Derivatives/Secured Financing Transactions)
          • Retail and Wholesale Exposures
          • Market Risk
          • Securitization and Equity exposures
          • Ability to define, articulate and re-engineer complex processes and procedures, with appropriate controls, and think both strategically and tactically while driving meticulous execution
          • Exceptional oral communication and writing skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts, and translate into "user-friendly" language for multiple audiences, including senior management, multiple internal constituents, and regulators
          • Solid data analysis skill including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
          • Minimum 6-10 years' experience in related field.
          • Education Level: -Bachelor's Degree

            The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
