**Rework Operator**
Our client in **Milpitas, CA** is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. This company is well known as leaders in linear actuators technology. All candidates MUST have **Hand-Soldering and TURW experience** .

What will you be doing?
+ Perform Hand solder & Touch-up rework for SMT & Through-hole
+ Assist with board component setup and debugging
+ Define and build equipment including design, sourcing, assembly and creation with a primary focus on PC board rework, mechanical fabrication, electrical wiring (high and low voltage controls/comms) and custom instrumentation setup (e.g. voltage, current, temperature, flow rate)
+ Fabricate cable harnesses, familiar with various connector types and crimp tools
+ Soldering iron/tweezers, hot air, fine pitch, hand tools and some power tools
+ Experience building, operating and troubleshooting electromechanical assemblies
+ Populate, test and repair prototype PCBA
+ Read/comprehend electronic schematics or work from written / verbal instructions using little or no formally released documentation
+ Perform rework based on the ECO, Process Deviation, and/or MPI instruction using certain type of solder/Flux

+ Positive, can-do attitude
+ Great mechanical fabrication & electrical prototyping skills (soldering, wire harness fab, harness diagram)
+ Strong troubleshooting skills at board component level
+ Ability to read and interpret assembly drawing, specifications, BOM, MPI, components
+ 3-5 years or more practical manufacturing experience
+ Ability to lift materials/equipment's from 15 - 50 lbs
