This role requires working closely with contract manufacturers and 3PL partners to ensure the highest repair quality and operational efficiency across all sites. Your responsibilities will include balancing inventory levels, developing and leveraging key performance indicators, reviewing purchase orders, monitoring contractual performance, negotiating pricing, and ensuring build commitments are met. You will also manage site consolidation and expansion as required. Ultimately, we're looking for an operations manager who is adept at managing operations and has a track record of continuously driving operational excellence at every level.Basic Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of site operations management (repair operations management highly preferred) -
  • Demonstrated management of operations key performance indicators to drive improvement
  • Business process and project management experience
  • Comfortable working without a lot of guidance to pioneer solutions
  • A proven track record of successfully leading multiple concurrent projects of medium to large scope
  • Ability to effectively communicate operations/project status and present to senior management
  • Capable of intermediate data analysis to weigh options and back up recommendations
  • Intermediate to advanced expertise with industry standard tools, including Microsoft Project (or equivalent project management program) PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelPreferred Qualifications:
    • Site operations management experience in Europe
    • Reverse logistics or supply chain experience and familiarity
    • Experience with repair operations for consumer electronics -
    • Experience managing large-scale and dynamic technical projects
