ResponsibilitiesThe Lead Solution Architect is a self-motivated

This is a role best suited for high-performers, problem solvers,
and innovators with leadership qualities. This leader will play a
critical role in Lam's multi-year Digital Transformation (DT)
journey supporting the manufacturing and extended warehouse
integration process.The Lead Solution Architect will work closely
with Lam's Global Operations and Supply Chain Teams which includes
Executives, DT Leads, Business Process owners, Business & Systems
Analysts, Functional/Enterprise Architects, and Consulting
partners. The ideal candidate's background will demonstrate an
ability to partner with both Business & Technology teams in
architecting and implementing scalable processes and technologies
to address business needs and enable tangible business outcomes.The
candidate must have extensive experience in implementing and
integrating planning, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics
processes across various methods, including discrete and repetitive
manufacturing. It is crucial that they possess comprehensive
knowledge and expertise in integrating various functions within
operations and supply chain.Other Job Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end process into solutions designs, oversee the
translation of business requirements to functional specifications
document for planning, manufacturing, logistics, and
procurement.
- Partners closely with business, systems analysts, development,
architecture, and project teams to facilitate optimal solution
design and delivery.
- Integrated solution designs utilizing SAP to integrate multiple
operations domains like planning, manufacturing, logistics, and
procurement modules.
- Responsible to lead with architectural thought leadership to
analyze multiple solution options, model through proof-of-concepts,
and implement new processes and tools to maximize business benefits
and achieve capability roadmap objectives.
- Hands-on Experience in Procurement processes, e.g., Material
Requirement Planning, RFQ, forecasting, PO Management, Consignment,
Sub-contracting and Supplier Collaboration, Capacity planning and
Constraints, Costing and Supplier invoicing.
- Hands-on Experience in Production Planning process, Master Data
management, Production Order Execution, and Repetitive
manufacturing process.
- Hands-on experience in designing inbound and outbound logistic
processes integrating with sales, procurement, and manufacturing
processes.
- Strong experience in SAP ECC and S/4 modules - Materials
Management (MM), Production Planning Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS),
and Logistics Execution (LE).
- Experience in MTO / ETO industry utilizing Configurable
Products with understanding of SAP VC module for BOM creation.
- Experience with both waterfall and agile project management
methodologies, and ability to deliver on integrated solution
responsibilities during various project phases including:
- Requirements (Validation and Alignment)
- Design (Blueprint and Spec)
- Develop (Technical Spec, Prototyping, Configuration, and Unit
testing)
- Test (Integration testing and User acceptance testing)
- Training/Documentation
- Deploy (Cutover, Go Live)
- Run (Post-mortem, Hypercare)
- Able to manage multiple projects with competing
priorities.
- Provide end user support during hyper care.
- Must be able to demonstrate the skills and ability to build
effective and productive relationships within and outside the
immediate team and developers.Who We're Looking ForMinimum
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related
field required.
- 10+ years overall SAP experience with 5+ years of experience in
ECC & S/4 (MM, PP & LE).
- Demonstrated expertise across multiple enterprise systems
include SAP and No code platforms.
- Have worked hands-on in multiple end-to-end implementation
projects, that included: Analysis, design, configuration,
development build, test, and deployment, including training and
data conversion.
- Extensive expertise in SAP manufacturing and logistics master
data, including enterprise configuration and cross-module
dependencies.
- Leadership and Management experience and capabilities.
- Strong problem solving, analytical/critical thinking,
oral/written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently or with limited
direction.Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of SAP S/4 Modules such as Extended
Warehouse Management and Transportation Management.
- Knowledge and understanding of planning systems such as Kinaxis
RR, manufacturing execution systems such as Siemens Opcenter.
- Experience in transformation programs, especially migrating
from SAP ECC to S/4.
- Experience in working with semiconductor equipment

Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $132,000.00 -
$276,000.00.The above salary range for this position is relevant to
applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San
Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that
include the location you work from, your level, education,
training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to
other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from
salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to
unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other
