Job Description:
We are hiring a Sales Lead Install Coordinator! We are proud to

want SLICs (Sales Lead Install Coordinators) who do the same! Under
the direct supervision of the Installation Manager, the SLIC is
responsible for booking sales appointments, scheduling installation
jobs after ensuring all information has been obtained to set up the
installation teams for success and is the communication point of
contact for installation clients. The position focuses on driving
department goals by being the glue that holds the department
together. - Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work closely with
the Installation Manager, Sales Manager, and Installation Field
Supervisor to help the team complete jobs on time and under budget,
helping achieve the company's financial goals. Professionally
answering the phone in a polite, friendly manner. All client sales
calls go directly to the SLIC to book the appointment for the
Comfort Consultants. Tracks the results of the sales calls,
identifies which leads are turned over to the inside sales rep, and
produces weekly sales reports for the Sales Manager. Tracks the
technician generated leads and lead source for marketing ROI.
Coordinating with the Comfort Consultants to get all required
details for sold installations, ensuring all photos and forms are
uploaded. Communicating with clients to set up equipment
installations and being their main point of contact throughout the
process. Schedule and dispatch jobs for the installers and
apprentices. Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure the
highest level of client satisfaction. Close out and collect payment
for completed jobs as needed. Participate actively in all formal
exercises and on the job training. Assist in completing accurate
