COMPANY OVERVIEW Assetara Limited is an international developer of
advanced AI tools for cryptocurrency market analysis and automated
trading. We are actively expanding into new regions across Asia,
Europe, and the USA and are looking for motivated leaders ready to
launch and head our regional office from scratch. This is a key
leadership position for individuals who want to grow alongside a
high-growth fintech & crypto project. You will be the main person
responsible for launching the office, managing its daily
operations, and driving direct client sales. INCOME & GROWTH
OPPORTUNITIES We reward real results: stable base pay powerful
uncapped commission. Perfect for ambitious people who want to reach
high earnings quickly. Compensation Structure Target monthly
income: $1,500 – $10,000 per month for active and high-performing
team members (depends on deal volume and closing speed) Fixed base
salary: after official office and website launch — $300 per month
guaranteed Commission (main income driver): 8% of the total value
of every closed client contract — paid immediately after client
payment is received. Earnings scale directly with your sales
performance — no upper limit Company fully funds the office
Assetara covers 100% of all expenses: rent, office setup,
furniture, equipment, utilities, travel, marketing materials — you
invest nothing personally. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As the primary
representative of Assetara in your region, you will: Fully launch
and independently manage the regional office Consult clients:
conduct in-person meetings at the office online sessions via Zoom
about our AI tools for trading and investing Promote the brand: use
company-provided materials create your own photo/video content for
social media (office, product, success stories) Build and expand
the client network: actively search for, develop, and convert
contacts into paying clients Pre-launch period (before website
launch and office opening) Fixed base rate — $100 per month
Additional: 8% commission on the value of every successfully closed
client contract/deal (if pre-launch tasks include sales or
pre-sales activities) Plus task bonus: $15 for each week of timely
and high-quality completion of assigned tasks Total: $100 8% from
any sales up to ~$60 bonus for 4 weeks ( $160 with full commitment
and early deals). After successful website and office launch —
transition to $300 base salary 8% commission per deal, with
realistic potential of $1,500–10,000 per month based on
performance.
