(CAC) provides compassionate, center-based behavioral services to
support young children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

play-based therapy to help children develop essential skills needed
for school readiness and social confidence. Serving families across
California's Central Valley, CAC focuses on early intervention for
children aged 2 to 6. The team is committed to fostering meaningful

family at a time. Role Description This is a full-time, salaried,
exempt position based in Merced, CA, primarily on-site, with
occasional remote work flexibility offered each month. The Clinical
Supervisor will oversee the implementation of individualized
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans, provide clinical
supervision to Behavior Technicians, and support high-quality care
for children and their families. Responsibilities include case
management, tracking client progress, and ensuring adherence to
ethical standards and treatment goals. Strong collaboration with
families, therapists, and other stakeholders is essential to drive
positive outcomes. Qualifications Proficiency in Applied Behavior
Analysis principles, techniques, and interventions Strong
Supervisory Skills and ability to mentor and guide team members
effectively Clinical Supervision experience, including monitoring
and supporting team performance Master’s degree in a relevant field
such as Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related
discipline Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
